Recently I acted for a major Bahraini investment bank for the incorporation of a Regional Takaful Company that has the authorised capital of US$500 million. The shareholders include major institutions as well as a government institution from Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. It was a success, the Regional Takaful and reTakaful company had been incorporated. There are many things to share from the experience. I'll write about that later.
